"When Calvin finally sorts out his feelings for Susie his timing is not great." The writing is just made of awesome; it incorporates various comic fantasy elements of the original comic and then infuses it with a really interesting multi-layered storyline about expectations, coming of age rituals, and interpersonal relationships. The spot-on characterizations really pop out at you and they really made me want to see more.

"A satirical Rachel/Quinn fic in which Rachel Berry has a plan, and the universe has other ideas." I find this story to be smartly written and the intentional awkwardness to be hillarious.
