igrick, at LJ says that they're getting rid of the subject line for LJ comments. There seemed to be some initial panic in English over kinkmemes and Roleplaying journals, which use them fairly heavily. So far, it seems that the changes will be rolled out for S1 styles within the next few months, and there is a chance that S2 styles may not be affected. It appears that the decision for the change was aesthetic and nothing to do with performance or database/administrative reasons. (Sources: 1, 2, 3)

Fleur and Hermione find themselves coming to a new understanding of one another." Kudos toangharad_gov for introducing this one to me!
dreiser pointed out (quite rightly) that her No Defense For You story became the basis for many of the fandom depictions of any possible relationships between these two characters. This departure from that trend seems promising.
