Heads up, DWers: If you would like to test out a prototype of an upgraded Mobile version of Dreamwidth you can follow instructions here. The developer,

foxfirefey, is interested in seeing the results, particularly if you don't have an iDevice.

Last night I renewed my Dreamwidth paid subscription for another year. I wasn't sure how much I would want or need the extra features since I've always been a free user (even when I was on LJ), but a generous benefactor gifted me with a free month and let me trial the various extra options. I particularly like the ability to edit comments, the network page (aka, "what are the people you are subscribing to reading?"), and the ability to use Google Analytics. (I did play around with importing S2 layouts from LJ's selections quite a bit early on, but surprisingly still went with this free DW-only one!)
