This one had an interesting premise that kept me reading.

It's Hard To Change The Way You Lose (If You Think You've Never Won) by gilligankane (Quinn/Rachel, Santana/Brittany, Rachel/Finn, etc.)
What if Quinn went to Rachel's for help when she got kicked out of Finn's house?

This one's an older one that deals with issues from season 1, and is notable for its solid ensemble cast writing.

"Wilhelmina Grubbly-Plank has never been much for books. But then Irma Pince helps her do a little research into the literature of sexology."

This had a wonderful premise, great characterization, and excellent execution.
